Caylee Cowan, 24, was alone in her bedroom at around 3 a.m. when she opened her eyes and saw a guy just feet away, according to LAPD sources.
The actress allegedly yelled, scaring off the intruder, and then quickly called the authorities and described the man’s appearance. Police swarmed Cowan’s area and apprehended the suspect when he was seen racing down her street.
While investigators apprehended the guy, he allegedly stole some of Cowan’s items. According to the website, he was apprehended and charged with burglary.
There were no traces of forced entry into her house, according to TMZ, and Affleck, 46, was not present at the time of the crime.
Despite being rattled, the “Sunrise in Heaven” star remained unhurt in the shock. Her representative did not reply promptly to our request for comment. We’ve also contacted the LAPD.
